All orders are shipped via USPS Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. Due to the challenges of Covid-19, we are operating on a more limited fulfillment schedule. We endeavor to ship between 7 and 10 days after order receipt.
Once your credit card is authorized, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that, as we do not require signatures for deliveries, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. When placing an order, the customer should designate a reliable address for package delivery. We are also happy to revise any shipping address as long as the request has been made before the order ships.
JED is not responsible in the event of any delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.
We ship internationally to Canada, Australia, most European countries, Mexico and select other geographies. All international packages will be shipped via USPS international mail services at the applicable rate. The customer is responsible for the payment of all customs duties, taxes and other fees that may be incurred. International customers will also be responsible for return shipping charges

Returns / Exchanges / Cancellations
We hope you are delighted with your JED purchase. If you are not for any reason, please know that we offer complimentary shipping on returns or exchanges. All returned or exchanged merchandise must be in its original, unaltered condition with tags intact and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return or exchange, please:
- Email email@example.com with your return details and order number. We will respond promptly with a prepaid return shipping label. Your return notification must be emailed within 14 days of your receipt of JED merchandise.
- Complete the return form included in your original shipment.
- Securely pack your merchandise in its original packaging and ship to us.
We reserve the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for purchase.
No exchanges or returns will be accepted on final sale merchandise. Items that qualify as final sale are discounted 70% or more.
To cancel your order before it has been processed contact firstname.lastname@example.org. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
